1. Processing of Your Order

1.1 After you place an order you will receive the "Order Confirmation" e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. However, please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Our acceptance of your order will take place after we have received your payment.

1.2 We will confirm our acceptance to you by sending you the "Dispatch Confirmation" e-mail that confirms that the Products have been dispatched. The sales contract between us will only be formed when we send you this Dispatch Confirmation.

1.3 If we are unable to supply you with a Product, for example, because that Product is not in stock or no longer available or because of an error in the price on our site, we will inform you of this by e-mail and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the Product(s), we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.

2. How to pay

2.1 You can only pay for Products using PayPal (or by bank transfer for business customers).

2.2 Payment for the Products and all applicable delivery charges is in advance.

3. Delivery Time And Destinations

3.1 Please allow us 3 – 5 working days to process and deliver your order. Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there is a Force Majeure Event. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of a Force Majeure Event, we will contact you with the revised estimated delivery date.

3.2 You own the Products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges.

3.3 Currently, we do not deliver to addresses outside the UK.

3.4 We do not deliver to Post Office Box (PO box) or to British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses.

3.5 You may place an order for Products from outside the UK, but this order must be for delivery to an address in the UK.

4. Price of products and delivery charges

4.1 The price of a Product does not include delivery charges.

4.2 We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of Products are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. However if we discover an error in the price of Product(s) you ordered we will contact you to inform you about the change and reconfirm / cancel your order.

4.3 The price of a Product includes VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in the UK for the time being.

4.4 The prices of delivery charge for our products are quoted with special attention to make even smallest items affordable to our customers by applying reasonable delivery charge. Therefore our smallest items are delivered by Royal Mail and bigger items are delivered by courier.

* Orders of total value over £ 100.00 we deliver free of charge.

4.6. If you are in the area you can also collect your order from us free of charge as we supply from our trading address 5 Monument Close, Peterhead, AB42 2ZB in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. We are open Monday to Friday 9.30 – 11.30 and 16.00 – 18.30 except Saturday and Sunday and public holidays. If you can't manage these times please agree an appointment by telephone: 07770606922.

5. Cancellation of Order, Returns and Refunds

5.1 You may cancel your order from the date you receive the Dispatch Confirmation which is when the contract between us is formed.

5.2 To cancel a Contract, please contact us in writing to tell us by sending an e-mail to customersupport@codenaturel.com or by sending a letter to Code Naturel Scotland Ltd., 37 Broad Street, Peterhead, AB42 1JB, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. You may wish to keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your own records. If you send us your cancellation notice by e-mail or by post, then your cancellation is effective from the date you sent us the e-mail or posted the letter to us.

5.3 If the Products have already been delivered to you, you have a period of 14 (fourteen) working days in which you may cancel, starting from the day you receive the Products. Working days mean that Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays in Scotland are not included in this period.

5.4 The Product(s) you are returning must be new, unused and in re-sellable condition with original packaging.

5.5 The buyer covers the return shipping cost. We also would advise to keep a proof of postage.

5.6 We do not accept liability for any fault or damage caused by any courier or intermediary where any Product(s) are damaged in transit.

5.7 You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the Products and any applicable delivery charges you paid for. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 calendar days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation as described above.

5.8 Where you request a refund of the purchase price, we will refund the purchase price to the PayPal account used by you to pay for the Products.
